Sarah is Lighthouse’s Chief Executive Officer. Sarah is an experienced educator, school leader, instructional coach, education researcher, and system leader who has continually worked to ensure that students from all backgrounds have access to high quality education. Sarah draws upon both her experience in schools and her research on student motivation and achievement to ensure that Lighthouse schools serve the unique needs of each student. Sarah earned her B.A. at the University of Notre Dame and went on to complete an M.Ed. at Providence College in secondary education. Sarah subsequently earned an M.S. in developmental psychology at the University of Michigan and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. at the University of Notre Dame.
